Suffering from Cellulite Stress?..Try this Homemade Body Scrub!

Millions of women have fallen victim to the cellulite struggle.  Whether it's their legs, butt, stomach, or even sometimes their arms, many women everywhere suffer from cellulite. 

While reading about caffeine, I began to learn some of the other benefits it offers aside from the standard jolt in our mornings.  One of the more so interesting uses that I came across was it's ability to redistribute fat beneath the surface of your skin to reduce the appearance of cellulite.  Even if you don't suffer from cellulite, this homemade body scrub is an invigorating exfoliator that is sure to get your body glowing!

Recipe for Homemade Caffeinated Body Scrub

2 cups of coffee grinds (cheap brands work just fine)
1/2 cup of sea salt
2/3 tablespoon of massage oil
1/4 cup of brown sugar

Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.  If you prefer a more coarse texture to your scrub, feel free to add in more brown sugar.  When applying the scrub, be sure to moisten your skin first.  You will then want to apply the body scrub in circular motions to distribute the caffeine to eliminate cellulite.  You can apply the scrub using your fingers, a washcloth, or a loofah...I use an exfoliating cloth that I bought from the Asian supermarket.

*If you want to make some to store for later, you can place it in a mason jar and refrigerate to keep it fresh and use within 4 weeks.
